Moved Server Changed URL

I seem to still be getting a 404 error after changed that. I also verified it was changed..

I had to move servers as I forgot to pay my bill while on vaction and they deleted my account. Luckly I had a backup and got everything back up.

But the problem is I get 404 error page...

In my forum I just noticed image bb code is not working in posts, where is this option to turn it on?

I looked though vBulletin Options but did not see it any ideas?

We are upgrading from an old version 3.5.2 to 3.8.4 and during the upgrade I get stuck at a few spots. I tried skipping them that did not work.

So I put everything back tried again, I get...

Would the upgrade scripts in 4.x be any different I would just need to upgrade/renew to get it but I would be happy with the 3.8.4 P2 if I could get past this step some how I have no idea why it would...
