When i used my suite vbulletin i disabled blog all the time and now with version 4.0.3 i thought let i use it but when i turned it on it looks like hell!

When i want to update usergroups it duplicates them self! So people say it is the problem of your plugins but i don't have any plugins installed on my forum...? So i want a solution for this because this...
