Create a web folder called forum (or whatever) then create test.php with echo "hello"; in it. If you can access http://localhost/forum/test.php from your browser and it displays "Hello"...

1). Download your vb backup database locally - You did make one before you upgraded right?
2). Extract the attachment table...

I made a backup before the update and will probably run an update query. 226 was the non existent CMS article our attachments got assigned to, some 400 that I don't have time to handle by hand.

All 389 CMS attachments (contenttypeid = 18) in the attachment table have a contentid of 226.
