Well, now I have a very different problem. When I try to go into vBulletin Options I get the following error:

I did the upgrade yesterday to 3.8.4.pl1 and every user's avatars broke - any suggestions?

Thanks, Steve! Yes, I downloaded the zip file, but I forgot to modify my config.php file. Once I did that I was good to go.

I downloaded the patch and uploaded all the files to overwrite my current files. When I try to get to my board I receive a database error - that is all is says. If I go to the ...install/upgrade.php...
