Site is down...content.php directory gone from server yet no sign of hacking?

Some of the articles preview image on my cms page are not displaying. I have checked my permissions and it seems to happen regardless if the user is logged in or not.

I use to get answers quickly to 'simple' issues. Now it can take days to get replies. Should we open tickets for every little issue now? When you're having a problem you usually need help with it immediately...

I think I set up the wrong kind of page on facebook....I created a personal page and then a website or fan page from that. The problem is my bridge connects to the personal page and not the website /...
