Upgrade to 3.5 - Database Error - Alter Table

I am trying to upgrade VBulletin to v3.5 from 3.0.8

Ran the upgrade.php script and started to upgrade the various sections - v3.0.9, 3.5 beta1, 3.5 beta2, 3.5 beta3, 3.5 beta4 and 3.5 Release...

so as long as I have backed up through VB, if all goes wrong when upgrading to VB3, i will definantly be able to get the info back if required?...

I want to back up my vbulletin database. I have no idea how to do this. My service provider uses a Plesk control panel with access to php myadmin if that helps - otherwise i'm totally lost.

so its just a case of setting up a forums directory, and copying and pasting the failes over?

I set it back to "no" and submitted.

I then put it back on YES and it now works
