so as long as I have backed up through VB, if all goes wrong when upgrading to VB3, i will definantly be able to get the info back if required?...

Can someone help a dummy with backing up?
I want to back up my vbulletin database. I have no idea how to do this. My service provider uses a Plesk control panel with access to php myadmin if that helps - otherwise i'm totally lost.

I set it back to "no" and submitted.
I then put it back on YES and it now works
