So I ran into an issue also reported as a bug after 4.0.5 where the Content-Length was now being sent out.

The problem was vBulletin sending the uncompressed Content-Length to the client...

Something SP2 did screw up is fieldsets in IE6 as I have had a few people along with myself say the top of them ain't showing up! Is this the same for everyone else?

Try useing a browser besides IE, example: Firefox

But if you want to baby Microsoft users more you can add 'padding-left: #px' and you can probley add if statements like a few other...
