I should have NEVER changed a theme and do an upgrade on the SAME night.

I copied SPRITE.PNG into my new themes editor folder - Problem #1 solved.

Yes, I just get a bunch of file version mismatch but it's all for the BLOG files.
Then a bunch of "File not recognizes as part of vbulletin, like the vBSEO files.
