the error for some reason didnt output the file it is in..

it has been a once off so far though, howeer the once off happened about 10...

You can use that to view the structure and data of your database and even run the insert that freddie suggested.

I applied freddie's fix and it is now working for me

Johnny check in your settings table to see how many entries you have there, there should be 161
