Defining the table background color for "Mark Forums Read - View Forum Leaders"

Can anyone give me a hint as to how to alter the color of the table row containing "Mark Forums Read - View Forum Leaders" at the bottom of most forums?

Is this possible?

Well, I gave that a try as it made sense that some of the files in the folder might have been uploaded badly, but it's still doing the same thing.
