I was wondering if its possible to display RSS Feeds from my pages like MySpace and Twitter etc?

Like if I update something on my Twitter, it displays on the front page...

Yea i think that having lots of posts is a good thing.. At what post count is too large? Currently mine is like 107,532.. but sites going fine!

i want to delete a user because they have requested so. however if i do this will his/her posts still be viewable as Guest, or is there any other more convenient way of doing this?
