How does vBulletin store permissions?
How are the permissions stored in vBulletin?
I think they're stored as bits, I would appreciate it if someone could explain it to me though.

It literally did save me like 4 hours work, especially when you have global variables like that.
I used Notepad++ if you're having trouble finding a S&R text editor
