Moving to a new server, question about dump.sql file

UBB 6.4 to VB converter
Just wondering if the current UBB 6.3 converter will import certain things from UBB 6.4 (members, messages, etc.) or will it not work at all. I'd really like to convert to VB but have so much invested...
