I assure you I ran the upgrade.php in its entirety. I also updated my config.php file when I upgrade to 3.6 as well, which is why the email didn't go directly to me (I forgot to edit that one line)....

Tried running the query that you sent me as well, and it says

#1060 - Duplicate column name 'profileupdate' .

Yesterday morning, I upgraded both MySQL from 3.x to 5.x, and then upgraded my Vbulletin installation to 3.6. So far the only issue I've seen was the following:
