I can see it with the 'God' account but my other admin account it does not show. I have made sure that the user group has all permissions. Any idea what is wrong or what I need to change?

Thank you. It was my theme causing the problem. I was using a Blue Pearl theme and there was an update for it as well. Thanks for your help.

I followed instructions for upgrading and I have upgraded my VBulletin at least 10x before and never had any problems. Today though all I get is a blank white site, I am able to access my admin panel....

I did upload all the 4.0.8 files that were in the upload folder. Then I ran the upgrade.

Tried that still doesnt work, if you use larger desktop it is smaller or short to the left, smaller desktop is still longer to the right? ANyone have any idea what needs to be changed?
