spam via base64 file

I have been many spam mails every night
today I found a file in path: forum/vb/activitystream/populate/calendar
file name : alias0.php

this file content :

when I copy news from this link : http://www.farsnews.com/newstext.php....HOmHcDs0.dpuf
directly

select all news -> ctrl + c and ctrl+v to forum new post
...

i think this emails sent for thread subscription

how can i prevent subscription mails for all users?
