Error upgrading 3.01 to 3.03 at step 2

Was trying to upgrade my board and it looks like the page timeout. The page told to try to refresh so I did and got the following message:

Since I'm upgrading only a test forum for right now, just going to do a fresh install. Should hopefully be easier.

Thanks, I don't get that error message anymore and it went straight to step 6 when I retried it.

Is step 6 supposed to take a long time? It's been an hour already...hopefully it won't...

I was trying to upgrade from beta 4 to beta 5 and was on step 6 of the upgrade when it froze. When I refreshed it, it gave the following message:

I noticed after I upgraded from 2.9 to 2.3 that my forums new post notification emails in the titles, it's blank [no title].

It has everything in the body of the message but is missing...

Ok fixed... after upgrading from 2.3 RC3 to 2.3 Final the date showed back up ...

I checked and I saw I already have that in postbit but it still only shows the time without no date?

Here is how it looks in my postbit:

I noticed recently that the posts only display the time and not the date anymore. I'm not sure how this happened must of accidently done it.

How do I go about puttting the date back so...
