I have recently changed hosts and the backup database didnt go in right. So I have to reinstall vb3 on my new host. So here is the problem.

Ok, I did it manuelly, and there was a part missing out of the bottom I replaced it, but im still getting the errors

ok, i now need to bring this up with my hosting. They have cut off the ssh to my account which I did have it before. So now I have to resolve it with them.
