add an announcement in Admin-CP

Hi,

I have a problem when we try to wrote a html link on
the announcement in Admin - Contron Panel,

We allow VB code
We allow HTMl code

We checked...

AFter our admin changed the value in IIS, we can post < 10mb
as attachment, even if we put the max_allowed_packet to 20 mb here too... we cannot send as attachment more than 10mb.

For me, it still not working,
The error seems coming from MySql.
i put new value on the wait_timeout... but with no result

I have this kind of problem too,
even if i post a .zip file / .pdf file or other one...

it said :

Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO attachment (attachmentid,userid,dateline,filename,filedata,visible)...

I changed the value 1 mb for 25 mb.
I changed the value on my IIS too
and it not working.

each time that i try to put an attachement more than 1.1...

I go on the Admin cp to set the value of the attachments at 0
that enable any sized uploads.
and it still not working when i try to put a 10 mb as attachment on a post...
