I can really use some help from everyone,

I would like to set yo a custom fields, let call it female or males upon registration, and when a registering members select either female or male...

if you have added Mod's or made changes, try disabling them.
Try pinging paypal to see if you still have a connection to them.

just some ideas to work with till maybe someone with...

go into Cpanel or phpadmin and run, a repair database, see if that helps, it cant hurt.

make a standard back out of your whole Forum, then delete all the stuff you dont want. Make a back for transfer/import to the new clean install.

yes, Its been 'floating" for a decade or more, I see in 4.0 its finally fixed though, I'm not going to 4.0 anytime soon.

just did a search in the VBulletin online 3.8.6 manual for "default_guest_message' and did not find it there either.

I have 3.8.6 I only see the one that I have placed in 'notices', nothing that states "default_guest_message" I did a search and laugauges and phases, and not found there either.

I use Google rss feed, and they can place a ad at any intervals. Not sure if that is what you are needing?
