You can allow a mod to access the AdminCP:

Can Access Control Panel (is Administrator)Yes No

and limit the access to only some options for a mod:

The moderator is a mod of a whol category. I didn't specify the moderator for all the subforums. But anyway, isnt't a mod able to login to the modcp if he isn't a moderator of a Category, mus I specify...

No, didn't change the footer. Even if I go to the modcp directly, the login will not work. As moderator I jus see "Thanks for logging in" but after redirecting the board asks again for password....

I have all my forums moderated. The moderator is receiving a mail when a new thread/post was made.

BUT, the moderator is not able to enter the modcp. Even the users...

I askd twice, if the mony was transferd successfully. Twice they said ther were no problems. And we never got back the fonds. So we must assume the mony has arrived.
