I am having trouble viewing other members' info in the member list. Every time I click on another user it only shows my info. Here is my site info:

Currently I have vBulletin 2.2.7 installed on my own computer.(with apache 2.0.40) I am going to run it from my own server for now. But when I try to login to the url it gives me broken images and links....
