atleast, ur case it goes straight to spam/trash box. in my case, it never reach the mailbox. i tried on my own email.

does anybody here have problem if user use email from yahoo?
the things that i didnt understand is, previous user aka early user who reg using yahoo email dont have this kind of problem.

i think you should redirect in your hosting cpanel.
redirect http://www.xyz.com/forum to http://xyz.com
