Today's Birthdays not updating correctly

Users have been telling me that their birthday isn't displaying on the Calendar or on Today's Birthdays.

For example, I just received a PM from a user that his birthday is not showing up;...

Here ya go. You can see that there's several things that I need to search/replace. I think if I have the syntax for the initial, I can get the rest.

I've figured out a lot, but I have text in posts that I need to cleanup. I've tried running cleaner.php. It gets to 800,000...
