MySQL "In Use"

i've tried to repair the table via myisamchk (mysqlcheck found error) and restart the server for serveral times but sill "in use"

my vb can't connect to the mysql, when i check on phpmyadmin, instead of displaying information about the tables entries/size/etc, it display "in use".
How to fix this?

after 8 hours of trying, i finally can get into admin account. see from the log the changes made is this:
