Special Avatar Sizes

Pretty basic question here:
How do I allow members with 1000+ post to have avatars the size of 150x150 instead of 75x75?

I tried that template and the extras worked...search and quicklinks drop down doesnt work.

I also have a "marks forum read" which actually bring you to the forum from the home page...

I am having that exact same problem....no pop down show up for search or quick links and when I am at my "home" it will not go to "forum"...

Also, the drop downs dont work for search or quick links with my current code.

BTW I would like the "Extras" to be between "Home"...
