Huh? CGI Error on install
Ok downloaded the latest version of everyone's favourite board software to demonstrate forums for a potential new board.
Installed PHP 4.2.3 no problems.
(System is Win2k...

Probably an easy RTFM one
Just been reported to me that members can post in threads closed by Moderators/Admins, do l need to set something in the Admin CP to avoid this happening?
