Preview template button missing

I just upgraded to 3.7.3 PL1 and noticed when editing my templates that the button to preview it is missing. I tried IE6 and Firefox and it is not there anymore.

Attachments not showing up inline

Before anybody asks, I the option enabled to view them inline in the AdminCP. It is also enabled in in my UserCP.

It worked fine in 3.7.0 RC3, when I upgraded to RC4, it stopped working....
