I have been recreating my forums in vB4xx and have run into a little issue.

When I try to test the posting in a sub forum I get a message saying the sub forum is closed...

I currently have 3.8x but I do not want to do an update. I want to do a fresh install of 4.x.

I'd rather do a fresh install opposed to running the risk of loosing what I currently have....
