Vbulletin will make backups when i tell it to in the backup part of the ACP. You can download it to the computer or it will save the backup on the server....

Well ive completed my fresh install to 3.7.0
I lost my entire forum backup cause it somehow got currupted.....

not if it says beta x or RCx. You link on your site say beta 2. Download the current version on the members area page and give it a try again.

Your running beta software, why not switch to the stable version which is nicknamed gold....
