This was it! ImageMagick was the problem. I uninstalled this and switched my images back to GD and everything worked fine. It seems ImageMagick is pretty sensitive.

We tried it like it is and with the full path: "C:/websites/forum/tmp". Both with the same results. It is fully read/write able from IIS.
Any other ideas?

Avatar Upload Problems
When users upload avatars they receive a "Invalid File" error. The file that I tested is within specs. I've read many other posts on this subject and I have not had any success resolving it....

I got it working. I think my real problem is that my changes to ImpExConfig.php weren't taking. I restarted IIS and things worked.
