I have such a crazy problem. On my website, when I write a comment under an Article, all characters that are behind first character with a diacritical mark, wil disappear.

I have exactly the same problem with the same error message. I also deleted a comment and then this happens.

It looks like I have found a solution for this.
There is a setting in Section Information (click on a pen next to the HOME area for editing secion) (/content.php?r=1-index/edit).

I even cant replace them with a new report with the same name!
