Some visitors just get a blank white page

There's no IP blocking on the server, I suspected the problem would be their end, but just wanted to make sure it wasn't something to do with vB.

I have some users reporting that they just get a blank white page when visiting my forum. However, if they use a different IP address it works, but my banned IP list is empty. Any way vB could be causing...

I have imported a IPB board into VB, but none of the imported users can receive PMs or Emails. How do I change the browser options globally for a whole usergroup?

Seems odd, but it works. I thought running the task manually was only a manual way of running the scheduled tasks, but obviously not.
