Classic thread display vs vb3 thread display

I very much like most of the changed in VB3 but there's one that I prefer from vb2: in the thread display the posters in vb3 are set above the post where as in vb2 they were set to the left of the post....

Wait. Apparently this is a known error. I just saw the sticky.

I just got a mySQL error when accessing my forum. After investigating a little it turns out the thread tables are borked.

It works! It was just pointing at the wrong directory. (The proper entry was tmp not /tmp). Thank you sir!

It's /tmp, so if it's pointing at the right directory, then yes it's chmod 777. I'll try other directories to see if it makes a difference.

Originally people could use their own custom avatars, but a problem spontaneously developed. Now whenever anyone tries to link to their own, they get the error: The uploaded file is not a valid GIF or...
