On of my members reported this error message. She was trying to post and it kept telling her her post was too short.

On my site you see the group and the discussion

Well I created a group and made it so that you must be a member to view the contents and then I logged in with a test account and I was able to view the contents.

I created a social group and made it so that you had to be a member to view the discussions but it can still be viewed by members who are not a member of that particular social group. What do I have...

I don't think it has anything to do with your php.ini file. I think your config file is not configured correctly. Check that the path is set correctly.
