How Do I move all forum threads into another existing forum?

I tried to switch from our default style to another one. I click save, it loads index.php in the skin I want. But once I reloaded or click on a forum it goes back to the other skin

My quick edit was not working. I disabled all plugins to see which one caused the issue. I noticed that disabling the plugin Ajax_start fixed the issue

Then I read the code and saw this....

At times when I go online I see up to two people in my admin forum and notice there are no admins online. It says 2 viewing it. I go on the who's online and I can't see anyone accessing the admin forum...

well a member joined and was using html to log people out when you went into a specific thread. we banned him/ip banned.
