Nice, i'n currently in my migration of updating my 3.7.x forums to 4.1.x (8GB mysql db). Must say i'm pleased about the current upgrade process. It really helps if you have a powerfull server.My advise is always testrun your upgrade in a development environment to avoid unnecesary downtime. Write down or document your steps that you need to do and how to apply fixes after upgrading.This will make your upgrade pleasant if you have tested it and your visitors will experience minimal downtime.
