Thanks, I just finished talking with them and it does appear that whatever is going on is admittedly a problem on their SQL server that they supposedly are and have been working on for several hours,... -

First post in this thread has all the info - a link to phpinfo, the exact error message, and yes.. I tried running repair.php - however I also get an error:
