Send Mail, and Database errors

Hi, How do i prevent vbulletin from sending mail when a database error happens? It's flooding my sendmail and locking up my server!!!

I've been trying to make a Extra Colum On the Left of the forum. I heard you can do this by Starting a Table in the header and ending it in the footer. I tryed this serveral Times....

I was wondering is there a easy way to add mouse over to all the tables?

So even if that td doest have a link or anything it will still do the mouse over effect when the mouse is over it.....

That only centers the annoucement and adds 2 horazontle rules.

You'll have to edit the:
forumdisplay_forumbit_level1_post
forumdisplay_forumbit_level2_post

...

wounder if it somthing in your forumhome template..... check there.

MOST of that in in that varuble called $loginbits

move that around....
