Easy to install on a brand new site?

Is it very easy to install to a brand new website?

We went forward with the install but when we get to page 9 we get this:

Database error in vBulletin 4.0.0:

Invalid SQL:

(SELECT 'package' AS classtype,...

they should be able to offer you a direct link thru the server. For the new host, when you upload your database to them.

That will tell you if it works.
