Mmmm its interesting as my host is basically saying its you, you are saying its my host and i'm sat in the middle with no solution. And had no problems with Drupal with either Hotmail or indeed AOL....

I have email confirmation on and all users who use AOL never receive it, forcing them to contact me to automatically upgrade their account.
