My site has been hacked.

After restoring template table, I got a blank screen.
After upgrading to newest version I got a working bulletin again.

My provider is restoring the database and forum (i hope).

But how do I prevent the hack again, is it a leek in the forum, or has the hacker guessed my password.

How does he/she...

My http://forum.xs650.dk has been hacked.

But its not the .php files the hacker has replaced, he/she has done something to the database.

A new installation with another table...

I'we got the same error, even new users get a site admin, dont know if it has anything to do with my 1062 error.
All my old users is importet from a phpBB
