Garbage characters in notification emails

about 70% of the notification emails that the forum sents appear with garbage characters.

Here's an example:

Yes, I still have access to the database on the old server. Is there something I should check?...

For Greek it is:

Language code: el
HTML Character Set: ISO-8859-7


For English it is:

Language code: en
HTML Character Set: ISO-8859-1...

I don't know...... Where can I see these?

I use the default English and the only official Greek language pack available.

This is set at Greek in two areas:

1. Styles & language settings
2. Languages & Phrases / Language manager

Is there any other area to set this?...

Thanks, this fixed things but now I'm having another problem.....

The text characters are appearing as garbage characters. At first all text in the forum were garbage characters, I reinstalled...

I also cannot log in the admin panel, you can see in the attached files the first login screen and then what happens when I try to logi...

I just moved my vBulletin files and DB from my old host to a new one. Copied all files from old host and moved them to the new host. Also I asked the new host to transfer the database and he did move...
