500 Internal Server Error whenin ACP

I was able to login ACP but the menu on the left column could not be display it given me "Internal Server Error" message. Could someone please help

into vbulletin 3.7 under the default navigation bar, but it break everything up the navigation bar...

did that but when i log in to modcp as mod and try to ban a user i get error message said i don't have permission to ban a normal user

there is no edit option for mod, only smod. Did you mean edit in each forum the mod is assigned to ?

If that the case will the mod be able to ban user in forum that they not assigned to mod...

hmmm even when i disable all plugin it sitll doing it. It show up in search result but when click on it user can't view it.
