bbcode and img code on misc.php show fatal error

i have same problem... when i use english utf-8 langauge; iso-8859-1 wont display any characters other tha english.... its been asked here many times not indian langauges i mean other non english ...

i did that....i got that page working....may be a modification/plugin .. i will sort it out... but most of images on that page not displaying even though they are there... and display on other pages

When view on /misc.php?do=bbcode[ bbcode] and misc.php?do=bbcode#imgcode both[ img code] gives fatal error....

i have noticed a bug in my forum running 3.8.4 PL1 recently.. clicking on somebody's username from anywhere in the forum , take you to profile of similar useraname, if there are similar ones....
