Where do I set the permissions to allow visitors to view the Most Ever Members at the moment only registered can see the results?

I have enabled the external data provider section for external rss what URL do we need to use to access this? as the external.php?type=RSS does not seem to work.

Since I upgraded to VB4 my members profile pages are not displaying correctly. There is a big gap between the top of the page and where the visitor messages display. Which style var css do I need to solve...

Hi new members are not able to activate their accounts as they get the following DB error.

Database error in vBulletin 3.8.4:

We have just figured out that if the users use the post reply button the images can be attached. If they use go advanced then that is where they have problems. We just need to find out why that is.
