Users Getting Stuck in Mobile Style

its a dedicated server, so my root is the server root. I see the directories for cpanel and stuff...

so I presume that this tmp directory is the right one and that those settings look good?...

I am having the same problem (I think). There is a tmp directory existing in my root folder (lowest level) that has permissions drwxrwxrwt.

It seems like these permissions would be sufficient?...
