I've used www.revecom.com in the past & never had any problems with them. No monthly fees, just a one off set up fee & a percentage of each transaction.

2checkout only accept transactions by USD though. With Revecom you can accept them in GBP if thats what you want. I think the transaction fees workout a bit better. I've used them both, prefered Revecom....
