Prefix and Sets Blank

I have previously set up prefix sets and prefixes and it's all working well but now when I try it makes a prefix set and prefix but it's blank. The name I chose isn't showing up.

in my forum, i don't have a "tag search" under the search dropdown and on the tags.php page it's blank. i have added tags to some threads. also, i see how to add tags when creating the thread...

on the newthread page the prefix choices aren't showing up. i made the set and the prefix and associated that particular forum to the prefix.

I can't post or access vb.org because of a license issue. i have followed all instructions with the priority support form, etc.. i just paid to renew my license. pahleese help..

In forumhome the sub forums aren't showing for some reason. i'm pretty sure i have it set up correctly in Forum Listings Display Options.

It doesn't show just New Posts but also newer posts. Once I've read the thread and click New Posts again it's still there but not bold like the real new ones....

When clicking the New Posts button it's showing more than just the new posts. Any fix?

For some odd reason we can no longer add forums. We get the confirmation that the forum was added but it isn't. Ever heard of this? The site is established and we have several forums and subforums.
