My VB 4.x will expire next month and when clicking on Renewal/New Purchases link on members page I get redirected to the orders page where I don't see any "Renewal" option....

Thank you for your reply. But what field should I restore from the backup database ? is it the entire users table ? or specific field ?

You may wonder how I deleted the users, through the user manager "Delete users".

Lame to say, I mistakenly deleted 10,000 users while cleaning the database, but the good part I have a backup of 2 days ago.

Can I restore the users with their IDs...

I installed and enabled the RSS, it's perfect in creating new threads for every RSS topic. But I don't see it updating even though I selected to update-interval every 10min.

I enabled the GD for the HVM But the characters does not appear over the image when registering new user.

I tried everything, first what I believe is right. When uploaded the XML file you click on the style title which opens new window to test your style. I did this and it was showing the same link I mentioned....
